โStaffs at reception were kind and professional. Welcome and farewell were satisfactory. Spa facility was generally excellent except for the case that no warm water was provided at shower booth in indoor pool around dinner time. Rest of it, overall service and facility were exceptional. I would like to visit again.โ
โVery nice hotel in Ortisei, excellent breakfast and dinner options with very diverse meals. There are two swimming pools and an indoor play room which was great for our kids. There are a few different types of rooms - some are older and some are new.โ

โBest hotel ever!!! Actually alpina dolomites almost ruined our trip in Italy because after such amazing experiences in alpina nothing was good enough for us thereafter. Real first class hotel and staff. The food was craaaaazy good too.
P.s: bike tour with alex is not a choice, itโs a must!!!โ
