The hotel was very clean and quiet. My room was a good size and it too was spotlessly clean during my entire stay. The staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, near many attractions, shopping, restaurants and neighbourhoods. It was amazing that it was so quiet given proximity to Gran Via.

"Just needed a safe, clean, convenient bed for the night before flying out. This location was a very easy walk from Atocha with luggage. There is a locker under the bed but you should bring your own lock if you want to. I used a 4 bed female only. We shared a shower/toilet/sink. There are paid lockers ..."
