"Friendly welcome and efficient check in. Suite and hotel are immaculately clean. The style of the lounge and bedroom is different (mix of colours and patterns has the feel of 1974 :)). However all items were new and in perfect condition. Bathroom is modern, fully equipped (loo bidet, bath and separate shower ) It seems to be a conference /event venue. 15 to 20 minute stroll into the town centre. Would recommend I will return next time I am in Torun"

"The hotel is desperately in need of refurbishment. Reception staff both at check in and check out were not friendly. Arrival was greeted with "yes"? And no how was you stay at check out, just "ok bye". I had a superior room,not sure what made it superior, it was small, the bed was quite hard, the bathroom was tiny the floor was soaked by the shower,looked intentional as it was wet room style.
