Fresh fruit and chef-baked bread are part of the buffet breakfast as is home made cheeses and condiments. A great place to be after a day walking among ancient ruins and elegant temples."

The hotel has ocean front balcony views and sits on a new and well lit promenade. The owners speak English in a village where few do. A fun stay in a nearly Italian only tourist village. Go! "

"Everyone at Grand hotel santa maria was so nice, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. the rooms were beautiful, our balcony was so nice, the breakfast was delicious, and it was so close to the cute town. We had a lovely vacation."

"We went in late May, so before the main season. The hotel is lovely, comfortable rooms - book one with a sea view, it's amazing. The pool was fabulous, plenty of seating and sunbeds. Good parking arrangements. Staff are friendly and willing to help. If there was an area for I would suggest some alternatives to the baked sweet goods, although if you have a sweet tooth, you're in for a treat. Eggs were available on request and they were good. It is a stunningly beautiful part of the world and the hotel is a perfect place to enjoy it."

"It was modern, with coffee and tea service, all the toiletries imaginable, close to a mini-mart and bar and within walking distance of my tour hotel. It also had a collection of poetry in the room."

"We arrived early at the hotel and we're allowed to park at the hotel while we walked to the ancient Greek Temples which were an easy walk from the hotel. The hotel had beautiful grounds and a nice swimming pool. The room was nice and clean, but simple. We atedinner and it was delicious, as was the morning breakfast. All in all a great stay and we would do it again. If you are going to see the Temples, it is worth a stay. "
