"Stayed at several B&Bs during our trip. This one we would not return to. AC wouldn't go below 28c/82f. The beds were really hard, so between the heat and bed it was very hard to sleep. Be prepared to carry your bags up spiral staircase 3 floors without help. Bring a towel for pool, they do not provide. Not thrilled to see house cat walking on kitchen countertops and workspaces in the evening. Although they do not serve dinner, you can not bring a pizza there to eat at dinner time. 'The other...

La struttura non è segnalata benissimo e al parcheggio gratuito si riesce ad accedere solo dopo indicazione dei gestori, il che non è particolarmente pratico quando si arriva non essendoci molto spazio. "We went to Padula to trace my family's ancestry. We planned a two day trip to Padula and were treated to excellent hospitality and comfort at the Grand Hotel Certosa. The location is perfect nestled at the bottom ot the town near the Certosa. The restaurant is excellent too and the staff was very helpful in directing us, helping us with information etc. Highly recommended for a stay in Padula."

"This hotel has superb facilities, spa, pools, party/meeting rooms.What is deficient, is the information available to guests. The room we were in had no hotel directory, printed or on TV. The restaurant is not well advertised, the menu is not available in the rooms. Same for the room service menus for the restaurant or the bar. Could also use the Express checkout system."
