“Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....

많은 숙박객들이 새벽에 경보에 놀라서 호텔 밖으로 나와야했던 상황에 대해서 누구도 설명도, 사과도 안하는 것은 도저히 이해하기 어려웠습니다.
드루리가 문제를 처리하는 방식을 처음 제대로 들여다 본 결과 신뢰하기 어렵다는 생각이 들었습니다.”
