“Friendly staff, great park views, quick service is convenient.”

“The facility was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing considering the price.”

“To be honest, everything was perfect. It is one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed with on. The design is amazing. It’s a very comfortable quiet neighborhood as well. Everything is very close, including parks ,amusement parks, restaurants. Anything that deals with touring. It was honestly a very nice relaxing environment. I would love to return once I come back to Orlando, Florida. It is my very first time being here and to just enter in this establishment. Very nice. Very comfy and thank...

“People are nice and room is clean”

“This motel is very clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent value for the price. However, one staff member spoke so quickly and unclearly during check-in that it was difficult to understand. Since many tourists stay here, it would be helpful if staff were trained to use clear, standard English.”

“Love the apartment and would stay there again. Close to parks and nice activities on the property.”

“Everything was good”

“Booking the room was fine, but trying to get an invoice afterward was a frustrating experience. I called to request a receipt and was repeatedly left on hold with no explanation — four times, each over five minutes, with the call ending before I could speak to anyone. What disappointed me most was the attitude. After all that waiting, there was no apology at all. I was simply told that, because I booked through a third party, the front desk couldn't help. I understand there may be limits to what...
