Stay for a weekend first time there was a great location great Hotel there was a restaurant downstairs the atmosphere was wonderful pet friendly didn't have any issues checking in checking out didn't have to pay for parking which a lot of hotels now require you to pay to be able to park in their parking lot even though you're paying for their services for the rooms the Delaney was wonderful will continue to come here when staying in downtown area

I liked how this hotel was kind of tucked into downtown Orlando but kind of residential. It was an easy drive to UCF. The room was beautiful. The hotel was very stylish and the restaurant was great. The whole place had a nice vibe. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Delaney Tavern serves delicious food with excellent service in a classy, warm, and inviting atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay! Very convenient to medical facilities if you have a loved one in the hospital like we did. Only draw back is there is no pool.

Everything about this hotel was immaculate from the staff to the restaurant to the location and of course the rooms and the bathroom are well kept very update to date. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Property was very clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. If parking, come into the garage from Fernwood St. Otherwise you'll go around a couple of blocks as there is no drop off or street parking on Orange Ave. The hotel is a wonderful boutique place with an excellent location to Orlando Regional Medical Center and South Downtown. Easy access to I-4. Drinks and refreshments are located at the front desk.
