"I was quite disappointed with my stay especially since I stayed here a few years ago. The room was quite dirty and I had to spend the first thirty minutes of my stay just trying to clean the dirt, make up, blood, etc. off the walls. Even the light switches were black with dirt. The hotel clearly hasn’t had repairs in a long time and the furniture, walls, baseboards, etc. were in bad shape. The faucet in the bathroom sink was not attached to the counter and was at a strange angle when I arrived. The staff that I dealt with were friendly, but I was a little annoyed when I arrived, and the desk clerk was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there for several minutes. Otherwise, no issues with the staff. The room itself was surprisingly quiet – I never heard anything from the rooms on either side and rarely from the room above. So I will give it that big plus. However, the door did not even fit in the frame, so there was a lot of open air and I had to slam my entire body weight onto it to get it to close. This meant I heard a lot of what was going on in the hallway. There was also a lot of traffic noise that woke me up frequently in the night. The heat/air conditioning unit was not functioning and did not seem to be able to judge the rooms actual temperature (at one point it said it was 11 degrees…). Luckily it wasn’t too hot or too cold so I didn’t need to use it frequently. Overall, would not recommend."

"My room stunk of years of accumulated cigarette smoke. You can tell the renovations were cheaply done to mask the old worn out hotel. Curtains were stained. Barn room was clean. "

"Room was clean. Parking is not guaranteed as its run privately. Pillows were not good and no options offered."

"Location was close to shopping. Condition of the room was messy. Spilled food left on the counter. Bath towel frayed up on the end. Not what I would expect for the cost I paid. When I notified staff it was taken care of."
