“The check in process was easy. The room was impeccable clean. The bed very comfortable. The accommodations provided just what was needed. It was not overly fancy but certainly adequate. It was perfectly located in the center of town right by the beautiful waterfall. The included breakfast next door was just right. Very pleased with having choose this place”

Non ho gradito invece il servizio del personale, che ho trovato scontroso nel momento in cui è stato fatto notare un errore di prezzi sul sito per il ristorante affianco e soprattutto durante la colazione (scarsa rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel), e dove alla richiesta di rifornire gli affettati (in quantità minime e non sufficienti a coprire la clientela) si è rivelata una grossa problematica in quanto la cucina risultava chiusa (alle 8 di mattina...
