“We believed 4 star mark, but this hotel cannot be 4 star. 1. The bedding, sheet and chair conditions are not clean, cheap and thin material with low quality. 2. Temperature of room was freezing cold in October, so we asked heating and portable heater but they provide blanket. However we could not use, it was not clean and we afraid bedbug and flea. We have left other resorts to stay here because the service and amenities are just better. They really make you feel comfortable.”
