"Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded. When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-) I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward. "The worst experience ever i booked a room for 3 and got a room for 2 i talked to the guy there and he couldn t help me. In the room was blazing hot and there ware a lot of insects on the walls and on the bed. In this conditions I left the keys there and got another hotel. I want a refund for my money."

    "The location is wonderful - right on the Council Square with a view of the plaza & Council Tower. Very convenient for visiting the Old Town & shopping. Staff is very welcoming & helpful. There is no lift, but the room was spacious & comfortable. The shower was a large oddly shaped tub with a handheld sprayer. The breakfast was nice, & the staff very friendly. Overall, would highly recommend! "
