The hotel was an excellent location however they had recently changed their parking facilities and didn’t tell us. We spent an hour trying to find a parking spot and was told from the hotel the management would be in touch on our complaint they never were. In addition the WiFi didn’t work.

We travelled as a group of two families. Our stay at Hotel Chitic was a great experience from all points of view: spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a very central location.

Great location to walk to everything in Braşov. Friendly staff that helped accommodate our car (but you need to set this up ahead of time). Excellent breakfast. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The hotel itself is beautiful, the room is decorated very nicely with beautiful pieces of furniture. The staff were friendly & helpful, and we cannot fault them. The only real issue was the bed in the room that we stayed in - the mattress was like cement, incredibly hard & uncomfy. There was one pillow each, and it wasn't fantastic either. We ended up getting very little sleep each night as we were that uncomfortable. The air con was also incredibly confusing, and we could not get the fan on to cool the room, it just stayed on heat mode so we ended up having to turn it off completely and be in a sweltering hot room.

Propere kamers en vriendelijk personeel. We hadden echter een kamer met 2 twijfelaars geboekt en kregen 2 kleine bedden. De upgrade voor een kamer met uitzicht is geldklopperij want je kijkt uit op straat en we hadden de ganse nacht lawaai. Pover ontbijt. De eerste dag was er bruin brood voorzien maar de andere dagen enkel wit toastbrood. Het hotel heeft GEEN parking. Parkeren op straat is betalend van 8u tot 20u.

Great location with quick access to pedestrian area, lots of restaurants and shops near by. Friendly staff with access to street parking. Nice breakfast provided. Our room was on top floor (no elevator) the wood beams were awesome and worth walk up.

The gentleman that checked us in and helped us for most of the stay was excellent. However the person we dealt when checking out was different and not helpful. Also they were doing construction in the room next to us the last two mornings which was not ideal. The start of the stay was good but less so as the stay continued

The property was right in the old town. Near restaurants, and the sights of the old town. Walking around in the old town was marvelous. The only downside to the location is that I sleep with windows open and could hear the many people who stay up late into the night and the early hours partying. I was woken up at midnight, 1:00AM and 3AM. The room was lovely and comfortable and I liked that I was able to open the windows. The breakfast was unremarkable and just OK. The room and bed were very comfortable and very clean. Brasov was a fabulous city to visit.

We did not know there were two locations. We were travelling with another couple and we ended up staying in two different locations. Parking was non existent and had difficulty finding a spot near by. If you have a check in luggage, do not bother to come here. The front staff gave us a room on 4th floor what appears to be like an attic. My wife and I had to carry our bags through 2nd floor balcony via steep stairs and re enter and another short hike up to our room. Thankfully, we were staying only for one night but I couldn't help feeling that they gave us the worst room available. Overall, the place was underwhelming including staff, check in experience.

Great little boutique hotel in Old Town Brașov. Beautiful room, friendly staff, and amazing breakfast. Really, the breakfast was spectacular! Only thing we didn't like was the low quality sheets and mattress, but everything else is wonderful and we recommend. 😊

The staff were amazing and the hotel was very welcome. We slept amazingly there! The only recommendation I would make is an updated A/C system. We found it was lacking and had to open the windows at night to cool the room. Other than that I was great!

Friendly, clean, nice rooms, great central location to the square, church, etc. Parking costs double what you pay on street, which can be tough to find a spot, but we were lucky twice and so street was fine for us.
