“It was convenient to look around since it is located in old town. Rooms were spacious, clean and nice. The staff was kind and positive to help us when we were had troubles. We drove and had to park outside the old city. The hotel reserved the parking lot in advance and we paid the fee. ”

“Location, kindness, facilities, and service are the best hotels in everything. I didn't mention it was my birthday, but aftrr sightseeing, there was a happy birthday wine in my room. The receptionist looked at my passport and thoughtfully took care of it. The receptionist wanted to help me with my trip in any way, to introduce me to restaurants, tours, markets where I could buy fresh food. When I arrived and left, the parking lot was five minutes away from the hotel, and a male employee came out...

“직원들이 친절해도 너무 친절합니다. 감동 받을정도로요. 직원 교육이 환상적이고 재방문 의사 200%입니다. 업그레이드 해줘서 더 편하게 이용할 수 있었고 청결하고 위치는 그냥 말할 것도 없이 궁전안에 있어 접근성 최고입니다. 약간의 단점이라면 조식이 너무 안들어갔던 것 같습니다... 거의 두 입 먹었나 싶어요 ㅋㅋ 그거랑 소파배드가 삐걱거리고 바닥이 너무 잘 느껴진다는점?.. 그것만 빼면 최고였습니다. 직원들 최고ㅠㅠㅠㅠ!!”

“주인분들도 정말 친절하시고 무엇보다 좋은것은 무료 주차 이용입니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 큰 공영주차장이 있고 주차권 챙겨놓으면 체크아웃 시 요금 정산 해주십니다. 숙소도 깔끔하고 정말 좋았습니다.”
