"People are very nice. They sell bus ticket for the ride to the train station. I don’t have cash, the lady just gave it to me. Nice room, and breakfast. "

"To be honest the photos of the hotel made it look much better than it actually is. Room was small and a little shabby
Staff were not particularly friendly but for one night it was sufficient. Garden area at the back needs attending to"

"Dark and unwelcoming room, no internet, but the worst thing is that there were bedbugs that bit my whole family. I do not recommend staying in this room."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel; the staff is very friendly and attentive, in particular the young lad at the reception (sadly forgot his name). The hotel is not in the quiet area but is easily accessible from the centre of Pisa. We would definitely come back to this place. Thank you. "
"Communication with the host was good but they don’t let you use the air conditioning even though they say it’s included. The room was too hot and there was no airflow from the window. “Breakfast” is packaged pastries and crackers. Nothing substantial. Everything could use an update. "
