Otrolig vy från ett rymligt rum

Bokade hotell i Citta della Pieve då det såg ut att vi skulle bli utan rum för natten då Italien också hade ledigheter pga all helgona. Staden var en i rad av Italienska medeltida städer, omgiven av en stenmur, lägen på en kulle med smala gator och gränder. Hotellet var en gammal bostad, som hade konverterats till några rum för gäster. Rummet var mycket trevligt inrett, rent och från vårt rum hade vi utsikt över Montepulciano. Vi beslutade boka en natt till då rummet var så trivsam. Frukosten var tyvärr en bottennapp, riktigt sydeuropeiskt med kaffe och croissanter och inte så mycket mera. Inte det som vi skandinaver är vana vid.

Unique accommodation!

Accommodation was so unique! It was a small triangular space that had been converted to a bedroom on one floor with the sitting room and bath below with access via a spiral staircase. We loved it. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable.

Un rilassante weekend...

Siamo stati due notti nel bed & breakfast di Città della Pieve. Il personale è stato oltremodo attento e premuroso, l'accoglienza ottima e poi... trovarsi in una suite completamente rinnovata ma con intatti ancora il sapore delle antiche abitazioni. Una infinità di spazio, letti comodissimi, e bagno grandissimo è perfetto! Cosa aggiungere? Ci torniamo!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in una residenza di classe , con ambienti e arredi d'epoca che ci hanno affascinato e reso oltremodo confortevole la nostra permanenza . Complimenti da Marco e Laura
