It was a beautiful building, steeped in history, and the accommodation was very spacious - an apartment rather than a hotel room. The landlady was also very charming and helpful.

Bellissima residenza con ampissimi spazi

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa bellissima residenza storica perché la mattina dopo mio figlio doveva affrontare un intervento chirurgico molto presto. La struttura è bellissima, pure essendo posizionata in pieno centro c'è la possibilità di raggiungerla in macchina per scaricare le valigie e poi ci sono molte possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Noi abbiamo pernottato in un appartamento veramente grande, con 3 camere 2 bagni e la cucina separata dalla zona living, tutte le stanze erano molto molto grandi, inclusi bagno e cucina. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima, paziente con mio figlio (un bambino vivace di 4 anni) e molto di aiuto, abbiamo potuto lasciare la camera all'orario che ci è risultato più comodo. A piedi dalla struttura si raggiungono facilmente moltissimi ristoranti e luoghi di interesse.

C’era una volta ...

Appartamenti dove vi risiedevano i preti, ora trasformati per i turisti alla ricerca di spazi comodi con angolo cottura, soggiorno e bagno privato. Non manca proprio nulla. Gentilissima la direttrice ed il figlio, prodighi di consigli.

La struttura è bella e particolare, dentro un ex convento attaccato al Duomo. Posizione centrale, appartamento grande, spazioso, pulito e silenzioso. Check-in e check-out perfetto. Posto veramente consigliato.

Big apartments pretty well outfitted. Drying rack or wash line in bath would be welcome. Also shelves for toiletries. Great location in.beautiful town and friendly staff. Main drawbacks: uncomfortable beds with only 2 hard pillows for queen bed; glaring lighting. Minor repairs needed, along with better clothes hangers. Wifi doesn't workwll in some areas/rooms. But a find for the price. . .

Excellent hotel!

Elisa was such a great welcome! She was so friendly and happy. A perfect way to start our stay. She upgraded our room to a superior which was huge! The room was very clean, my bed was comfortable. We enjoyed being able to go to the store to eat breakfast in. Other than that we didn’t use the kitchen but it had lots of different cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. The hotel was a great location, an easy walk to sites and restaurants. The wifi didn’t work very well or not at all. That was definitely the only negative thing I could say about this hotel. It’s not a hotel where they clean your rooms and change your towels every day. We prefer that but if you are expecting it you should be aware. We would recommend staying here. It was excellent value and would stay here again.

Un piacevole soggiorno

Ci siamo fermati in questa meravigliosa residenza per una sola notte, di ritorno da una vacanza a Ponza. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta e le camere 'dei veri e propri appartamenti', ricavati all'interno di un antico convento. Dotati di frigorifero e cucina, Ideali per fermarsi anche per più giorni e scoprire i dintorni di Città di Castello. Anche la posizione è ottima, in pieno centro. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Silvia

W le "ciacce" al "Burri"

L'antica Canonica è una bella ed elegante residenza, situata in un posto centrale ma tranquillo. La nostra suite era spaziosa e ben arredata. Comodissimo l'ascensore che porta direttamente alla residenza. Cordiale e gentile la signora Elisa che gestisce l'attività. Da non perdere la Fondazione Burri e la Pinacoteca Comunale ....e dato che non si vive di sola cultura, raccomandiamo una visita al vicino forno ed alla trattoria Lea.

Bella sorpresa, ottima impressione

Una vera chicca nel centro antico di Città di Castello. Accoglienza gentile e premurosa, ci hanno assegnato una suite enorme quando mi aspettavo una cameretta. Qualità/prezzo ottimi. Consigliato sia a coppie in fuga romantica che a famiglie numerose... bel soggiorno, grazie!

Una bellissima camera e un'ottima accoglienza

Che dire... La location è centralissima, le stanze sono belle e l'edificio in cui si trovano è veramente notevole; la proprietaria è simpatica, estroversa e molto disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato per chi si ferma a Città di Castello!
