“Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

“It was a perfect stay after long flight and arriving late. They offer free shuttle which pre-reservation is required and the staff who greeted us almost midnight was very pleasant and flexibly helpful. The room was not that spacious but got everything we need with comfortable good quality bedding. If you arrive late and need a place for rest, I recommend this hotel. ”
