City of Westminster, London hotel rooms at the Staycity Serviced Apartments

"Great place. Only one complaint. There was no concierge. Front desk staff would attempt to answer local questions such as restaurants but were largely clueless and simply would refer to google. Such a nice hotel should have a knowledgeable concierge, "

"Right in the center of Picadilly Circus, but within the hotel room itself it is so quiet you wouldn’t think you were in the middle of London. The bed was comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have a kettle in the room, but managed without. Bed was comfy, the room was clean."

"The room was amazing, so comfy and laid out very well. It was absolutely spotless as well! Staff all round could not be more friendly or accommodating. Best hotel I have stayed in London, pubs around the corner which are lovely as well as great proximity to Millbank Pier for the boat down the Thames which is easy and Pimlico which is four stops south of Oxford Circus on the Victoria line. A fantastic gem of a hotel that we will be coming back to!"

"The hotel is convenient to museums, shopping and restaurants. We walked to most of our sight-seeing stops and took advantage of the convenient tube stop for our other transportation needs. The room was comfortable. "
