โWhat an amazing stay I had ! There was nothing about this experience that I would change. Marcus (the owner) was very accommodating even before I arrived due to some issues I had on my end. Once I arrived, paco gave me a tour of the property and showed me to my room. He shared recommendations, and was not only attentive, but very friendly and accessible!

โKind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. โ

โThe hotel is in floor 5 of the building, itโs pretty new, room is very big, super clean, beautiful and modern. The view is incredible beautiful, in one side you have the clock tower and fortress wall and in the other side the bay decks with all the boats. Location is super convenient, all the tours we made we walk to the meeting point. You only need to cross the street and everything is there, food, souvenirs, all historic town.

โThe staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. The location is nice, you are in 2min in the middle of Getsemanรญ and in 10min in the city centre. Everything was clean and fully functioning. The breakfast is lovely!โ
โCasa Morales was great. Getsemani is a really fun neighborhood, very walkable, and a lot of excellent food choices are close by. BUT . . . Coffee shops don't open until 9 or 10:00! Stock up in your lovely, clean, comfortable beds, charming apartment-styled room! It was fun exploring Getsemani, and the main harbor with all the boats to the island as well as old town are an easy walk away. We love our stay and would stay here again for sure.โ

At first floor, there's no sun light. So I had to turn on the light all day. Although, everything was satisfactable. If I visit Cartagena again, I definately, will stay here again.

โThe hotel is lovely! Beautiful room and staff is very pleasant. Pool is on the roof and while small it is perfect to cool off after a hot day of walking around Cartagena!
The only thing for improvement is to offer enough complimentary coffee for the number of people in the room. We were told it would cost extra beyond what they provided in the room. โ
