"First, the photos displayed on their website do not accurately represent the hotel. The property does not offer secure parking for vehicles as suggested online. While the room itself was consistent with the photos, the bathroom was in very poor condition: the bathtub was dirty and there was no hot water at any time during our stay. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. We ultimately had to leave the hotel on the first day and lost the full amount we had paid."

"When we arrived, there was no record of our booking. The owner came to speak with us and indicated that they do NOT WORK WITH EXPEDIA for bookings and had no record of a reservation. We reached out to Expedia via chat and they said they could not refund our full stay because the date of the first night of the stay was less than 24 hours away.
We spent 2 full hours talking with Expedia and trying to get them to call the owner (as he stood next to us) - the phone rang, but when the owner answered,...
