“We booked this room 6-8 weeks in advance. We are seniors but not immobile. They gave us a room way in the back, a long walk to the front desk and breakfast. We've stayed here before, but the quality of the breakfast has gone way down. They seem to cater to 'kids' and dogs more than seniors. The bathtub/showers need mats. Very slippery. In the future, we will look elsewhere.”

“Well the breakfast choices were the same thing every day. The coffee was not hot and needed to be placed in the microwave to warm it up. Sausage every day. No bacon. The counter where waffles were made was not kept clean! We purchased some bakery goods to have something different the next day and they were full of bugs when we got up and had to throw. $50 worth of goods away. So not a happy customer. No we did not say anything to the management as we were leaving that day.”

“Very motivated staff.i left a tip for the maid. The maid left a note saying she didn’t know if it was if she was supposed to take it and if I wanted it back to let the desk know. I thought that was nice if not strange. Is it unusual to leave tips?”

“Every time we left the room and tried to get back in, our cards did not work. Had to go to the lobby. The bathrooms in this place are horrific. Dirty, items falling off the floor grout is black. Dirt everywhere. Filthy. Walls in the hallways, doors, we're full of dirt, never been cleaned. Never, again will we stay here. Shower was disgusting. Shower curtain smelled so bad, you couldn't believe it.”
