The Days Inn has been renovated and our room was clean, fresh and comfy. There is a nature area in the middle of the hotel with running water, rocks and greenery. Beautiful! The pool and hot tub were nice with water aerobics in the morning. The breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, links , cereal, oatmeal and breads. Good coffee too!

Set away from heavy traffic and congestion. Very quiet area. Close enough to state park and town. Appears that staff is mostly family and friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Ice machine was tricky to operate. Would definitely stay there again.

Lobby was super clean, hallways were super clean. Room was super clean. AC unit was a little weird with a makeshift plexiglass blast shield to divert the air into the room instead of blowing curtains around. Vending machines were empty. Ice machines on second floor did not work. Eggs and sausage at breakfast were sketchy. Definitely would stay again. Super convenient to get to Silver Lake, Luddington, and of course, Pentwater!

Upon entering the hotel there was a VERY strong smell of food. No restaurant on site. Room was clean. Rooms are not very well insulated, I could hear the conversations in the room next door. Very loud, you hear everything going on around and above you.

Elevator dirty, bathroom dirty and smelled like urine, toilet not bolted down properly, walls repaired but not finished. One of the beds had a fair amount of hair in sheets. Hot tub was nice, staff friendly. Didn’t bother to check out breakfast.
