"The front desk staff was amazing. The room was not great. Refrigerator was missing, tv would not work when I entered room. Fromt desk girl got it to turn on, but volume had something wrong. Toilet continuously dripped and has rust stains. Breakfast was good and hotel was quiet."

The after hours entrance was easy to access. We never interacted with any staff but that was ok. The hotel was beautiful, quiet, and chic "
