"This was an interesting trip. I stayed in the main building which was beautiful and I loved having access to the living room, deck and full kitchen. I arrived in the late afternoon on a Thursday. Heather, who works for the winery but not the lodge, was a bit distracted by a major event happening the next day. Apparently I was supposed to get an email with detailed instructions but because I booked through Hotels.com, I did not receive it. Thankfully Heather took the time to show me to my room. It was a little unsettling to be left all alone in the building when she left shortly thereafter but, once I got used to the idea, it was actually really cool. My friend arrived later and we had a fantastic time over the next couple of days. The pool and hot tub could use a little sprucing up, but were functional. Heather turned out to be a wonderful host. The included wine tasting was delicious!"

"Our room was clean on arrival and it was cleaned each day we were there. The breakfast was good with yogurt, pastries, oatmeal, fruit, and drinks. There were also pancakes and other things. We enjoyed the hottub both nights we were there. The staff was very courteous and asking if they could help in anyway."

"The cottages are all clean and the grounds are nicely kept. The cottage was just as described with plenty of room. We wished we could spend more time there on this trip, but we will come back again for a longer stay."

"It is an older hotel but maintained with pride and charm. The feel of the property was similar to a high end B&B. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Also the property is tucked away off the main highway so it is peaceful and comfortable. The continental breakfast was served with care and elegance for healthy choices. I definitely recommend staying there and hope to return someday."
