“The housekeeping staff was great and every day our room was swept and mopped fresh made sheets & extra towels. When we arrive for check-in, the first thing I noticed my open my door was a cockroach. I called down to the front desk twice to get someone to come up and kill it and essentially get us a new room and the front desk girl was rude and laughed about it like it was insane that I couldn’t just kill it myself and stay in that room. “The Pool area was nice. Room really need a make over. Floors were not too clean, very gritty. Air conditioner was very loud and right next to bed, therefore blew right on me. Not great amenities. Would not stay there again. ”

“Mariah from the front desk is an absolute national treasure. Yes the property is older but it’s well maintained and looks like the staff really cares. Beach bar was super convenient but make sure you reserve your chairs early. Pool was also great! Everyone from the staff we ran into were super friendly and welcoming.
