"Never went breakfast. Upon leaving on last day I had a large cup in hand, looking for ice. They had none. So I proceeded to make coffee (2 cups) in the 8oz cups provided. When I was done. I looked up to find man at front desk staring. He probably thought I was going to fill that 32 oz plastic cup with hot coffee.
Even though our toilet rocked and bathroom sink (only sink) drained very slow, my real gripe was that children were allowed to run the halls playing and literally screaming past 10pm.
It was as though no one would address their disurbing behavior. We were on the second floor near the front desk, near an open stairwell, that anyone could hear.
Also, a man who was probably with those unbehaved children, as the noise started around the same time. On our 2nd night, a man was using loud profanity, stating he'd been locked out of his room. We then began hearing alot of foot traffic, children running and screaming through the hallway.
Perhaps it was addressed, because each thing stopped, but only after it persisted long enough to become disruptive to hotel guests.
I suggest it should be stipulated to all guests, that loud disruptive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances upon registration. Tell them the police will be called to escort them from the hotel if violated. Their reservation will be cancelled, and will NOT be refunded. Have them to agree to this clause at registration and enforce it. Then you’ll get better reviews and repeat customers. "
