"It’s well worth upgrading mainly having not so far to walk to the club house, plus you get orange juice a bottle of wine and plenty of coffee and tea in your room. We’ve been to Pontin’s now about 6 times and we are going back again in October. The staff are really helpful when needing anything, and the parking is plentiful. Pontin’s also has an 18 hole chip & put which we played the last time there. They have snooker, swimming pool, a pool table, crazy gold, an out side gym. The entertainment is for adults only cause it is an adult only site which is brilliant. Great value with breakfast and an evening meal. Paul"

"Wonderful setting, hotel and grounds were lovely, staff were all helpful, layout of hotel was quite confusing for us as we were located on the 1st floor, this meant we had to go upstairs to go down to floor 1 - took a bit of time to get used to. Room was large and great toiletries provided in rooms. The spa was great, relaxation room perfect. We ate in the steak restaurant and food was exceptional. Considering this was not a city centre hotel was surprised to have to pay for parking, of which there were plenty of spaces when we arrived."

"Great location next to terminal. Check in was so quick and simple. All the staff were fantastic, polite and efficient but special mention to the supervisor/manager Lauren. So friendly, efficient and professional. I haven't stayed here for a number of years, but remembered her from last time as she helped us and was brilliant the last visit. Room was spotless, housekeeping do a wonderful job. Possibly cleanest room I've ever stayed in home and abroad. I will always use this hotel when flying from Bristol."

"A good little find. The pub is independent so I like to support that. Parking great and location for me great. The room was a little snug and as it's above a pub you can expect a bit of noise but bang on closing it went quiet... I would stay again"
