โWe had a lovely weekend visiting family staying at the brentwood we had a lovely family room with 2 bathrooms.. staff were so good with our 3 year ola which was so nice as he can be abit of a handfull.. we travel up north alot to see family and we will definitely be trying to book here again โ
โI really enjoyed my stay eventhough at the beginning I had a room where my tv did not work but the member of staff was so helpful when I explained this . He said someone would come but they did not come so I went back to him and also told him how my towels were soiled. He changed my room . I had a great sleep and he cooked a great breakfast . He works really hard and was nice . Respect for the staff member who was the only one I saw there on my stay doing everything . โ
โWe needed somewhere to stay and this place did the job option for late check out was there which was good and lots of good food options nearby.
Staff were helpful and the room was decent and clean toilet and shower was also clean. Id rate it better than most basic big chain hotel brandsโ

โWe stay at the Travelodge in Sheffield to move my son out of Uni halls. The Travelodge was easy to get to and parking was next door.
The staff were very helpful, especially with the parking. They also informed us on breakfast, dinner and bar times and about door lock times and what to do.
The room was clean and tidy, but I didn't get the best night sleep due to the traffic noise as our room over looked the tram bridge.

โThe property itself was ok but it is joined to a building site and all you hear is stihl saws loud music and shouting and swearing from the builders. The 9 pm noise curfew is a joke, bangra until the early hours. Stay Angels were no help at the point of complaint, nothing we can do was their mantra.โ
โQuirky, non corporate joy. Like a breath of fresh air, they do things their way. Real people, not the identical robots normally churned out by capitalism.
