โRoom was fantastic but the amenities failed. Maintenance decided to close the pool on Friday/Saturday of all days for cleaning! Really, couldnโt they have done this on slower days like Monday/Tuesday!?! 3 kids were not happy. That was a miss Marriot. โ
โI've always used this place since the new hotel opened, but this was the worst experience.
This hotel has canceled my bookings that were fully paid without prior notice. The desk clerk lied about taking only 20 minutes to get a hotel 40 minutes away.โ
โHotel didnโt have extra blankets. Some of the staff was rude about the pool wristbands. It was strange. I would stay again because itโs quiet and close to everything but in a different room. โ
