The information eventually reached us but failed to mention that the door locks to anyone on the outside when pulled shut, and this was only discovered later in the day when we were trying to get our child to sleep which was fairly disruptive. "I booked a single room which was basic but had everything I needed for a quick stopover. The hotel is on the flight path so expect to hear the planes! The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with outside seating . Food was good, restaurant staff very friendly. Just a tip (and nothing to do with the hotel) if you book a taxi at the airport from the only taxi supplier to the hotel and back , it’s going to cost best part of £50! "
