"Gorgeous, immaculate, luxurious. I’d give this stay more stars if I could. The staff caters to your every whim, the property is spotless, they have a free roaming peacock, cat and 3 highland cows. Idyllic. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in hands down. Worth the splurge. "

"Staff very friendly and helpful from the moment we spoke on the phone pre arrival to the moment we left.
Rooms are very clean, more than adequate for a short stay. Great selection of hot and cold food regularly refreshed."

"Check in was exceptional - we didn’t take the breakfast option as we had an early flight to catch so opted to skip it. The room was lovely clean & spacious / we were celebrating our anniversary and had the surprise of a lovely Xmas duck to keep. It really was a lovely stay / we enjoyed the spa facility after a busy day exploring the Xmas markets and surrounding areas. I shall be returning in the new year - everyone was truly welcoming & helpful - top marks all round - thank you "
"A very nice, newly renovated townhouse in a pleasant residential neighborhood. The room was quite small, and has less storage than you'd think (one half of the wardrobe is taken up by the coffee station), but the amenities were very nice. An easy, safe walk to the TRAM. Perfect for a short stay in Edinburgh!"
"The room was a great size, the shower was fantastic, and the room was clean and fresh. It was quiet at night giving a peaceful sleep. The gentleman at the reception when we arrived was proffessional and helpful. The only thing i wished was that there was more seating areas to relax in near the bar and restaurant. A lovely hotel, and the booking in was quick on the arrival xx"
