"I was not happy with the 4:00 check in, however, the front desk got a differant suite with an early check in of $20, which I did't mind. I was happy with the suite which accommodated the 3 of us. For the price, it was spacious, had a fireplace, full kitchen area, both bedrooms had their own bathroom. My only complaint would be is that the hallway carpets needed to be vacuumed badly."

However, there were a number of small issues, none were major, but collectively they were frustrating: - Hard to find parking near to the room. On 2 occasions we had to park on the other side of the property - Our room wasn't serviced during the stay. We understand that this was an option, however, we weren't given the option - Food a bit 'hit and miss'."
