We were excited to go to the Interpretive Center but was disappointed that it was closed during the week. Only opened on the weekends.

We were finished walking around in just under an hour. It was a good place to spend time while waiting for other local things to open that we wanted to do. Lots of hands-on things for the kids to explore and lots of interesting information on shipwrecks. We noticed some arguing and tension between a couple of the volunteers there. It was a little uncomfortable, they could have held off their differences until we were away from ear shot, but they continued, so I felt pressed to leave sooner than later.
