"The hotel was great. Very clean, modern, and breakfast was good. Would stay there again. Some minor complaint is that our key card kept having issues where it wouldn't unlock the door. In addition, when I called reception from my room to ask about laundry service, they put me on hold and I waited then they hung up. So I just went downstairs myself and spoke to another staff who was able to help. Again, very minor but overall I liked the hotel and would stay again."

The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it the perfect place for our family to relax after our daily adventures around Lima. The rooms were spacious and welcoming, the staff was professional and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. The location was also very convenient for accessing nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and tours. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable throughout our time there. The hotel provided everything we needed: cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores to anyone visiting Lima and would gladly stay there again.
