“Pool was closed.and in disrepair That was not advertised on the website. So we were forced to sit in the parking lot with family to visit with each other and the owners wife kept finding excuse to walk past us like she was trying to watch what we were doing. It was very uncomfortable. Room carpet was stained and nasty I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“This is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We came into town for a military graduation, expecting a comfortable and stress-free stay, and unfortunately, that was far from what we experienced. For starters, there is no in-person assistance readily available. Instead, you’re expected to communicate with someone named Paul through a screen. If you need actual assistance, you have to repeatedly request it—and even then, getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible. We had to...

“As I pulled up one afternoon, the building reminded me of a Bronx New York apartment building in the summertime people hanging out front on the railings running around and some shady characters walking around. I was a little nervous about staying there although I travel all over the country and am used to just about anything. The room was OK, but would not recommend it for a family.”

“Loud at various hours, had to go to another property to interact with staff, not a lot of parking.”

“We had to walk 3 flights of steps to get to the hotel room. Very outdated, the pool was terrible! You could smell the chlorine from well off. The staff was decent, and was pet friendly which was the only reason we stayed their. Overall it was a good trip but it wasn't worth what out family was charged. Hotel pads up the pictures too make you believe its nicer than what it truly is.”
