A nice and comfortable place in busy Santa Teresa

We enjoyed our stay in this nice and cozy appartement near Santa Teresa's beach. Kitchen was well equipped and AC was helpful! Comfy beds!

I had a really lovely stay. The owners were friendly, and always willing to help. The property was kept very clean, and I felt safe throughout my time there. The pool area is comfortable, with good loungers and chairs to relax on. The room was pleasant, though the shower could benefit from a small update, and having a few more options for hanging clothes would be useful. A bedside lamp would also be a nice touch. The location was excellent, with the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. That said, Santa Teresa doesn’t always have sidewalks or street lighting, and in some areas I didn’t love walking along the road with passing traffic and ATVs — especially in spots without streetlights. This is more of a general issue in town, not something related to the accommodation. Overall, I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed my stay.

Quiet and cozy place

It is an older hotel but the casita was clean, bed and pillow were comfortable and the A/C worked. The hotel staff emailed us with the gate code and when we arrived the staff directed us to our room. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance from us but we did rent an ATV to tour the rest of the town. We are never in our room so it was great for us.

Zula Inn Santa Teresa is a truly special place that makes you feel at home while on vacation. Rotem, the host, goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay possible. The location is perfect—close to restaurants and the beach, so there’s no need to rent an ATV or car. Additionally, they have an excellent restaurant offering delicious Mediterranean food. The hospitality was so warm and welcoming that I even cleared my own table after the meal because I felt right at home! 10 stars for the place, and 100 stars for the feeling it gives you. Thank you, Zula Inn, and thank you, Rotem! Highly recommended.

Loved staying at Zula Inn. Family of 4 with small kids 9&5 yrs old. We stayed for 4 nights and ot was just wonderful. Super comfy and spotlessly clean. Rooms provide all utensils you need to stock up on groceries and do your thing. We decided to eat out every meal and there are mulyiple options near by. My favorite part...After a sun baked day at the beach with an amazing sunset (5-8 min walk) walking into a cooled A/C clean room with all cleaned and beds made 😎. Of course dont forget the nighly deep in the pool before calling it a night with the kids. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great location, close to everything in Santa Teresa. Room was tired and outdated but clean. Door would not lock from the inside which as a solo female traveller, made me feel unsafe. Anyone could have opened the door and got in. Couldn’t get the shower to run hot water. Loud music could be heard from another venue nearby which impacted sleep. Confusing communication about check in (there is no staff on site).

Great stay at Zula

We had a really good time at Zula. Loved the junior suite amenities. Nice and comfortable bedding, full kitchen and quiet location. Highly recommended.

Nice location

Great place to stay in the Santa Teresa area. The room had a nice kitchenette, air conditioning, shower with hot water. The owner was very friendly and helpful in extending our stay.

Perfect location, great value, loved it!

We can't say enough good things about Zula Inn, located right in the heart of the Santa Teresa area. Rotem, Avi and the entire staff were very friendly, outgoing and very responsive to any needs we had. The property has private "bungalows" with apartment amenities, stocked kitchens, etc but also offers daily cleaning service, fresh linens, towels, etc. It's the best of both worlds. The AC worked great (not always the case around here). Free coffee and tea is available all day. The owners also own a great restaurant down the street and offer a discount to guests of the hotel. It was a perfect stay and we hightly recommend it. Almost forgot to mention the best part... 2 adorable dogs (Tica and Tiny) for the dog lovers out there. We loved them and were sad to leave. Thanks everyone for a great stay!

Oasis setting

Great location, short walk to the beach across the street. Clean and comfortable room with nice swimming pool, warm enough to use unlike many others. Helpful front desk gal who spoke English; we would stay there again.
