"doesnt really make sense to write a review about the property b/c i wont get any points or money back. i wont get any kind discount for my next stay. the hotel must be pretty old b/c it was showing its age. the photos online make this Courtyard look amazing. when yoi see it in person it does not look like the photos except the lobby & bistro. i had reserved a room with a king bed & sleeper sofa with handicap access. i get ther & the front desk lady was very short with & told me that they didnt have that room availible b/c it had not been cleaned yet. i got there just before 5pm & the room still haf not beens cleaned. she told me it wouldnt be availible until the next b/c cleaning staff had already gone for the day. so she tried offering another handicap room but it smelt like a boys locker room. no thank you. evently she found me a.room on the 2nd floor the was ready. it still was not what i paid for or wanted. the pool was very cloudy & merky the hot tub was ok. it has some damage to it but it didnt stop from going in we found 2 fleas in our room that we noticed. not sure if they were already in the room or if we tracked them from outside. its not really worth the $125 per nigt for how the place looks. unless they offered free breakfast. there are better hotels all around it that i would stay at instead of this Courtyard"

"The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was safe although near a busy intersection so rather noisy. The staff were sweet, courteous and genuine. I recommend the hotel heartily though it is not a luxurious or expensive sort of hotel. It’s SAFE for a solo traveler. "

"the air conditioning was fine, clean room. The staff on duty on the morning i checked out, April 2 was not very friendly at all. Almost rude. He acted like it was inconvenient for him to send my receipt to my email. I didn't see his name."

"we have been here twice nice and the room s are always clean they have new decor and its really nice.The gym has everything you could possible need.Breakfast was really good.They had a pool and hot tub before this time it is gone and the floor has just cement where it was & it was a nice indoor pool & hot tub.We will go again but not when our grandaughter is with us.She loves the pool so will have to stay where there is a pool."

"My friend and I had a great stay here. The property feels very isolated but still close enough to "civilization" for you to pick up what you need, forgot, or ran out of during your trip. We went to a local gas station got extra ice and water and were back in about an hour. We did have a few encounters with wildlife (I'm no expert but one seemed like a bobcat which followed us while we were walking the puppy in the early morning, and the other looked like a wolf which kept its distance but still gave us a scare). Other than that it was pretty peaceful. We had to move cabins the second day of our visit due to some black mold in the bathroom of the first cabin. But the staff was very willining to accomodate by providing a different cabin for us to stay. We over packed a bit so moving our stuff and puppy twice was a hassle but afterwards we were able to settle in nicely. The grounds are well kept. Aside from some minor rutting along the exterior roads, our sedan was able to traverse the grounds with ease. There are dog poop stations throughout for those who may consider bringing their dog. The staff were very attentive and stopped by everyday to replenish our destination package amenities (coffee, hot chocolate, smores kit, popcorn, and tea) and any other items we requested such as fresh towels and washcloths. The cabin was equipped with everything advertised and allowed for us to have a very pleasant "home-away-from-home" kind of vibe. Thank you to the staff!"
