"The updated rooms are modern and clean. Although the normal rooms are outdated, the buildings don't have elevators, and some room smell really musty and humid. The front desk and sports bar staff provide excellent service. The food at the buffet was okay, it was hard to get a reservation to a restaurant as they’re always full. "In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower.
