Amazing all round hotel. Bonus for having a pool, gym and sauna of which I used both within 24hrs. Bed was extremely comfy and the room really clean and spacious.

Nice hotel, good location. Little things though, like the in room safe that didn't work, tv channels were not available and worst of all, a hotel driver hired to take us to the train station for an early morning train who didn't seem to know the way and didn't speak enough English to understand the instructions on GPS - took away from an otherwise positive experience.

Okay hotel in good location and with a wonderful onsite Chinese restaurant (Red Pearl: superb!). But the room was not super clean: sticky floor, smudged windows, needed a deep clean.

Everything was perfect at Vivanta and I can highly recommend that hotel. I loved my spacious room decorated with beautiful colours (no grey, yay!!) , the view, the big swimming pool and the fabulous food. There is a stylish bar and the spa was also great. Staff was superb: efficient, professional, fast and kind.

Pleasant stay

Courteous staff makes the stay more comfortable and pleasant. Buffet spread is good and tastes quite authentic. Location is another big plus as it's just at the heart of the city and well connected.

Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel itself could do with being updated. Rooms are quite tired and decor is outdated. The hotel is not as comfortable as other Vivanta hotels that I have stayed in.

The rooms are good, although slightly worn down. Staff and service is great. Bar is great. Breakfast is ok, they have a good spread though. Property in general needs a lot of upkeep. I’d try other hotels next time before coming back.

The team members were not very welcoming. They had no smile on their faces. They looked exhausted. The operator addressed me as "Sir" on the call, not acknowledging it's a woman on the call. The complimentary fruits offered was a good idea. The shower & conditioner were excellent. Warmth was missing amongst the team.

Wonderful stay!!

This review is from my wife but covers my opinion as well. Me and my wife Sita stayed for around 2 weeks at Vivanta Coimbatore in the last week of January and first week of February 2025. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It is in the best location and very well maintained. The staff is just so warm and friendly and helpful. I cant remember all their names but just want to mention Lily, Remitha, Arun, Ashley and Parthasarathy from the front desk. We needed a room with special assistance and Lily went all out to relocate us to this room. Mr.Arun very kindly provided us a high chair from bar for our comfort. The Latitude restaurant was exceptional in the matter of breakfast buffet as also the lunch, dinner and a la carte menu. Extremely attentive and helpful staff who immediately attended to our every need.Again dont remember all the names (all of you were nothinng short of excellent) but some we remember are Lily Kikon, Anandi, Vipin, Sunil, Darshan and Ranjith. The Jiva spa was excellent and ably handled by Aasif. The housekeeping team for our floor was just superb catering to our every need. Nathan and Runjhurani big thanks to you for your hard work. So also Prakash. What else can one say......Superb location, lovely hotel and absolutely amazing staff. More power to the Taj brand. You have done it proud!! Thank you. Will visit again.
