When we arrived late at night for checking in, the lobby smelled like weed. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However, our room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator (boarded up and with caution tape). We parked and went to one of the other entrances and it was closed ...

Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons
Said there was an outdoor pool when booked. Arrived at hotel and told pool was closed and under renovations. Would have been nice to know when booked . Totally misinformed

InTown Suites Extended Stay Greensboro NC - Airport
I've not used the laundry services. Room is very clean, well maintained, well taken care of. Staff is has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I'm in a wheelchair with mobility issues and they've gone out of their way to help me. Highly recommended and I would stay here again anytime.
