La acogida normal, hay que desplazarse hasta otro edificio. Cuando dejamos el apartamento me fui preocupado porque intenté contactar dos veces por teléfono a las 9:50 y nadie contestó. Las instrucciones que me dieron fue dejar las llaves en el apartamento y cerrar la puerta, pero al no echar la llave se quedaba abierta.

Lo recomiendo

El apartamento está muy bien, dispone de todas las comodidades. El personal es muy amable, dispuestos a ayudar en todo y la limpieza impecable. Por poner alguna pega, se escucha todo, aunque afortunadamente es un sitio bastante tranquilo. La cama era un poco blanda y la tele no funcionaba bien, pero esto último lo comenté al dejar la habitación y supongo que lo habrán solucionado.

Hubo un problema con la reserva, pero lo solucionaron tras solicitar hablar con el director, dándonos un alojamiento más grande, ya que al parecer, el tamaño que habíamos reservado, no quedaba. El entorno es tranquilo y bonito. El alojamiento está muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. Repetiría seguro.

Don't recommend.

We stayed at a double bed room which is apart from the main building.The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. But the room smelled like an ash tray. The smell lingered at our luggage for days after checking out. Bathroom was very small. Hot water ran out before filling up the small bathtub. Heater was powerful, but the floor kept freezing cold. Wifi was weak, and no connection in the bedroom and bathroom. And at the second night, something bit my leg here and there. It cannot be a mosquito considering the weather.

Perfecto para un finde en la montaña con niños

El hotel está bien en general, se está cómodo y es moderno. Además está en pleno centro del pueblo pero muy cerca de cualquier zona de travesía La única pega que le veo es la luz. Hay una especie de halógenos en el techo muy desagradables; echamos de menos luces bajas con lamparitas o lámparas de pie, tanto en el salón como en las habitaciones.

Opción muy aconsejable.

Amplio apartamento con estupenda terraza común, tranquilo, acogedor, completo y céntrico para realizar excursiones a toda la zona (Madrid, El Escorial, Ávila, Segovia...). Contras: el aparcamiento en ocasiones difícil. La ducha necesitaría una mampara completa. Los sofás tenían bajo los cojines unos tableros que los hacían duros e incómodos y al mismo tiempo conseguían que los cojines se resbalaran a la mínima. Nota final: Volveríamos a elegirlo.

Es un hotel muy completo y muy bien situado.

Fuimos a pasar un fin de semana para ver el Escorial y el Valle de los Caídos y ha sido una buena elección descansar en este hotel. El pueblo es muy bello, y sobretodo teníamos buen acceso a todos los sitios de interés. Es un hotel que recomendaría.
