  • Cascate del Diborrato - Parco fluviale dell'Elsa Inside the residential area of Colle Val d'Elsa is a historic and natural landscape of enormous value thanks to the Elsa River which crosses the Val d'Elsa creating a unique territory. The river creates enchanting corners for hiking and observing: the engineering works for gathering water, the artifical canal system for carrying the water to the city, the caves. A particularly suggestive point is the Diborrato water falls, a 15m jump which is more than 10m deep, a sort of small lake where the locals used to go to cool off. Other places not to miss are the Grotta dell'Orso, the Conchina, the Masso Bianco, the Nicchia and the Spianata dei Falchi, each with its own particularities. I felt welcomed when I arrived with my bike while doing the Tuscany Trail. The checkin was very smooth, in a perfect french. The breakfast was good, many options, vegetarian milk. I really would stay there again, especially with the fair price I paid.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Position was central. Breakfast was really good. Had read some reviews that werent too good but we found the place very good. Were fussy regarding cleanliness and it was good. Would definitely stay again.

El hotel está muy bien sobretodo para el precio que tiene, muy adecuado y la buena situacion.El personal es muy amable y te ayuda con todo. El parking gratuito a 5 minutos. Se podrían renovar algunas cosas, pero es muy cómodo. El desayuno, muy bueno.

Sono stata solo una notte per lavoro, la camera era pulitissima e il personale molto gentile. Ci terrei ad avvisare che google maps da le indicazioni sbagliate per raggiungere l'hotel, se siete in dubbio è meglio telefonare così il personale può spiegare come raggiungere il parcheggio senza passare per la zona ZTL

Ho acquistato il soggiorno di 2 giorni a tramite Expedia, la signora del check In mi ha chiesto come avevo prenotato con quale modalità? Le ho detto con Expedia Signora, mi è sembrata un po’ scocciata .. poi la signora prima ha fatto passare altri clienti e poi sono passato io ! Mi è sembrato che avendo acquistato il soggiorno da un’altro canale forse sarei stato un cliente di second’ordine .. ma non vorrei che fosse stato solo un mio pensiero.. poi le ho chiesto dove avrei potuto mettere la macchina e mi risposto che il garage era pieno.. ma non mi sono accertato della sua verità quindi poi mi avrebbe promesso che la sera seguente appena si sarebbe liberato il garage mi avrebbe detto qualcosa .. ma così nn è stato .. perciò non credo in futuro di ritornarci .. unica considerazione la Colazione solo questa è stata soddisfatta! Il resto sarebbe da migliorare soprattutto l’accoglienza mi è sembrata un tantino smorta e con poca attenzione verso il Qualunque cliente che comunque paga sempre con soldi saluto Gianni
