We apologize that you spent 30 minutes searching a parking place. There are a lot of tourists during the christmas period and every day is different with the availabilities in the parking lots. Our hotel propose some places on reservation which were already fully booked. Concerning the check in time, our cleaning team is doing his best to finish on time. We apologize if it was not the case. We are really disappointed to read that your experience has not been in keeping with your expectations and we are deeply sorry for that. We hope that we will be able to welcome you again.
