I had a nice stay at this hotel. The security was good, making me feel safe throughout my visit. Luis R was very attentive and friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the added safety features like secure access to the rooms. Overall, a wonderful experience. Central location, short walking distance to the metro station, food and shopping areas. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a secure and comfortable place to stay.

The staff was amazing and friendly they answered all my questions and if they didnt know they would find out, i would stay here over and over again. I felt safe, place was kept clean and the piano playing was an excellent highlight for me warm and cozy place to stay.
