Affordable basic stay with amenities close by.

In town for our son’s graduation. The hotel was clean, quiet, and adequate. We don’t need a lot of bells and whistles, just a place to retreat from the business of the day. The staff was friendly and helpful without being intrusive, and took time for some casual conversation with us.

the outside look is a little deceiving. It is a slightly dated motel, but the rooms are clean, beds are very good, very clean linen, and showers/sinks are up to date. And the prices reasonable

Ok....Im going to be honest. This motel needs an upgrade. The area it's in is sketchy. Having said that, my stay was quiet, the room was clean, the bed was adequate, I slept well.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.

I found this motel amazingly clean. It had comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly. I will definitely go back! The only thing that would have made the stay better was a coffee maker in the room!

This property is an older motel with new updates. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and check in was easy. It was exactly what was expected based of pictures. We didn't need much for this trip and it provided exactly what we needed.

Family-run business

Love a family-run business. They were very nice. The room was good, I would stay again. The reviews about the dope heads are correct. I would go out for a walk there, but the Motel can't help that.

Pleasantly surprised!

What a gem of a motel! Check in was quick and cordial. We were given 3 bottles of water upon asking where we could buy some. The outside is nothing fancy but inside was very clean. The bathroom area is newly remodeled and spacious. Beds extremely comfortable and all linens immaculate, Air conditioner worked great. Highly recommend!

This is not a $200/night motel. For the price is it a wonderful place. The bathroom was meticulously clean. Beds very comfortable. Staff very helpful and pleasent. There are a number of homeless in the area, but at no time did I feel unsafe. Only thing I wish they had was coffee. None in the rooms or office.

The owners are really solid good people. One night there was a very loud group hanging out near my door; they were like this for quite a while. After a couple of complaints the owner came down and read them the riot act. They quieted down. Problem solved.
