“Well the ice machine is down and wasn’t working. For customers that are staying they should be having the ice machine fixed and going at all times. The door lock was broken. The toilet didn’t flush without flushing two or three times. The bed night stand fell off the wall in the middle of the night scared me and my mom. Went and reported it right away. I took pictures of the night stand and the door lock cause I was not gonna be accused of anything. It is horrible that the guests are never told...

“I made reservations for my kids and they almost had no place to stay. I put her name on the account so she could check them in. For those under 21 there needs to be a way to check in. I have always made reservations for my minors and never had issues. If I had not put her name as the guest then she would have been told that does not match your id. Maybe a question on line that one can explain they are under 21 or can they not even stay cause of their age?”
