The Plaza Hotel Columbus at Capital Square
We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks.

The Blackwell Inn and Pfahl Conference Center
Room and service was great for me and my lady great walking distance for parking garage didn't do valet this time and food and dine is close.. room was clean and bed was comfortable 😌

Hilton Columbus Downtown
Very clean and comfortable room. So convenient to be connected to the convention center. The valet service attendants were great and very helpful. This would certainly be our go to hotel for any future visits to Columbus.
