"Air conditioning was not working great barely blowing any air but the big problem was that the water was freezing when I went to take a shower in the morning. I let it run for at least 10 minutes, but I had to take a shower and leave so I hopped in it was freezing. It got lukewarm near the end then while blow drying my hair, the electricity went off. All I had on was the light when I called down to tell them about it. The lady was polite, but not very helpful. She told me I had to move all my stuff out of the room to get a different room because they were two booked, but the reason I came into town I had to be somewhere at a certain time and I had no time to empty the room before I left let alone take that stuff with me in my car so I ended up not being able to take a shower the next day and when I talked to the lady when I checked out, she had no clue about any of that happening so I doubt they even looked into fixing the room"

"Towels were dirty. Bed sheets were dirty. Basically everything was dirty including the walls and headboard of the bed! So many people smoking right at the doors so it does go into the rooms. The only plus was security. Checking in even took a really long time. "

"Staff was Friendly and Amazing . The Room was so clean and had everything you need to feel cozy the Restaurant had amazing drinks and food and the coffe shop had amazing coffee and breakfast."
