"The hotel had a musty smell, the carpets were dirty, the blankets and pillows were stained and overall the hotel was very different than the pictures. Furniture was damaged, the ice maker was broken and overall the hotel seemed dirty. Very disappointed considering I was hoping for a great overnight stay with my kids for spring break. I would not recommend and won’t return. "

"I did not love you recent stay for a number of reasons. First, the customer service was poor. Rarely, when I passed by the front desk was there anyone present. I had to wait a while to check in because nobody was around. At least twice the front desk clerk was outside the building smoking cigarettes. Second, the gym was very disappointing. It was way too small and have very little equipment. Third, the wifi didn't work well in my room nor the gym. Fourth, the shower didn't have full glass doors, so water got on the bathroom floor each time I showered. Finally, the air-conditioning unit it the room was too noisy. "
